What is HolidayGo Essentials?

HolidayGo Essentials creates curated travel kits designed to make packing easier, faster and stress-free. Our products are compact, travel-friendly and TSA/airport compliant where applicable.

What’s included in the HolidayGo Essentials Travel Kit?

Each kit includes a selection of high-quality travel accessories such as refillable bottles, compact hygiene items, comfort accessories and useful tools for organizing your trip. The exact contents appear on each product page.

Are your products TSA / airport security friendly?

Yes, our bottles are travel-size compliant (under 100ml) and suitable for hand luggage based on standard UK/EU/US rules. (Always check your airline’s current restrictions.)

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, but international delivery will be available soon.

 How long does delivery take?

Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

How long do I have to request a return or refund?

Items must be:

  •  Unused
  •  Unopened
  •  In original packaging

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

What should i do if my package arrive damaged?

Send us an email immediately at info@holidaygoessentials.co.uk with:

  1.  Your order number
  2.  A photo of the damaged item and packaging
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return within the 7 day policy

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.

Where can I track my order?

Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed or sent via SMS. If you don’t receive tracking after 2 business days, contact us.

Can I add items to my order after purchasing?

Yes, you can send us an email if your order has not been shipped. We will be more than happy to assist.

 How do I contact customer support?

Yes. Many items in the kit are reusable and designed for multiple trips, depending on care and product type.
